FRR Return

To better serve our clients’ needs, ComplianceDirect has launched the new Financial Resources Rules (FRR) Return services, which we will prepare monthly FRR Return in order for our clients to comply with the SFC requirements on Finance Resources Rules.

In detail, ComplianceDirect will:

• Based on the balanced sheets, profit/ loss accounts, bank statements, transaction documents and details provided, compile FRR Return on a monthly basis or ad hoc basis

• Monitor the liquid capital level and alert clients on whether regulatory modifications are triggered
